Choux Stopper “Street Food Patissier” was established in September 2015 by pastry chef; Simon Northcott. Simon is passionate about food and wanted a way in which he could bring his “Award winning” dessert ideas to market, whilst maintaining his own identity and creative ideas.
Simon regularly trades at some of the biggest food markets throughout Hertfordshire, Cambridge and London as well as private catering for corporate events and Weddings.
What Makes Us Unique…
Everything about Choux Stopper is unique. We use the very best ingredients that we can find in order to create every element of our choux pastry desserts, from the golden pastry choux buns, the flavoured pastry creams and the numerous toppings, such as honeycomb, meringue and spiced pecan crumble. Even the growing numbers of flavour concepts are our own.
