About Us…

Brinsop Court manor house has been extensively renovated and offers a blank canvas for bridal couples to choose how their wedding day unfolds. With gorgeous party rooms and fantastic views out of every window, guests will be enchanted from the moment they step through the solid oak doors across the threshold. The local church is only a short distance away and boasts medieval features and stained glass windows as well as a connection with St George who slayed the dragon. William Wordsworth was a frequent visitor to Brinsop Court and the Hollywood star, Madeline Carroll lived here at one time.

With plenty of space for everyone, Brinsop Court boasts a banqueting hall with a stunning oak floor made from trees grown on the estate and a huge open fireplace, ideal for your wedding breakfast. An ornate and formal library is the perfect space to exchange your vows, or for a more intimate room choose the Queen Ann which overlooks the moat and manicured lawns. Relax between the reception breakfast and the evening party in the Oak Parlour with its comfy squashy sofas and enormous wood burner or the Red Room where the darts board, ping pong and snooker tables are set up.

What Makes Us Unique…

We keep our pricing very simple and have just two prices for each season – one for the weekend and one for midweek. You will have exclusive use and plenty of time to decorate the party rooms with your own personal touches.

We are very flexible and will do everything in our power to make your dreams of a perfect day come true. Your journey towards picking your perfect venue starts with a stay in Ivy Cottage on the Brinsop Court Estate (free if you subsequently book with us) so that we can show you around the manor house, talk through your ideas over tea and cake and work out with you when would be the best date for your wedding.
