About Us…

Hampton Manor– In the heart of England, your wedding feast is laid. Food and drink are the main event, with menus inspired by Michelin-starred, four AA-rosette Peel’s. The chefs use fresh, British produce to create seasonal dishes which they cook using modern techniques. Meanwhile, the team have put together a Natural Wine list and developed relationships with forward thinking British winemakers like Nyetimber and Ancre Hill. This means that wine in your glass evokes a true sense of place, supports small independent businesses and (most importantly) tastes delicious!

All this is set within a Neo-Tudor Gothic Manor House with 45 acres of woodland and lawns. Just down the garden path lies the sleepy village of Hampton-in-Arden; a 15 minute train journey into Birmingham and just over an hour from London. Once the family home of Sir Frederick Peel, the Manor still sings of its Arts and Crafts history. An impressive clocktower overlooks the grounds whilst the Victorian walled garden heaves with plants ready to inspire the chefs.

Inside, the family owners have played homage to the Manor’s Arts and Crafts history. They’ve restored original Minton tiles, hand-pained stained glass and the hand carved oak that lines the main staircase and lobby. Creative Director, Fjona, has re-introduced William Morris prints onto the bedroom walls, and given each room homely comforts like homemade cookies, 100 Acres toiletries and cosy armchairs.

It’s rare that a Restaurant with Rooms has the space to seat 120 guests. The Courtyard, with its private bar and heated terrace, was once a turning place for the coaches. Today, you can still see the grooved where the carriage wheels scraped the stone walls. However, the space has been transformed into a bright, contemporary atrium with a glass roof overhead and golden chandelier crowing the room.

The Manor is home to a team of young creatives; chefs and sommeliers, gardeners and bakers, potters and designers. They have made serving you their craft, and each bring their skills to the table to create an utterly unique day for you and your guests. This house was built for throwing your perfect party.
