A vibrant Scottish + Mexican multicultural wedding held at East Soar Farm, Devon

A colourful multicultural wedding in Devon…

What a joyful wedding we have to share with you today!

On a feature film set in New York that we were both working. Lupe was Doug’s boss.

How did you get engaged?

The proposal was a lovely at home affair. On a quiet morning that we were both off, Doug surprised me by wanted to make me breakfast in bed, Biscuits and Gravy (a popular Southern dish and my favorite). Grunge, Mermaid Bridal Inspiration…

Coastline, Muted Tones & Maritime Hues…

This grunge, mermaid inspired bridal shoot was organised by Something Borrowed Mag and took place at the stunningly beautiful Lulworth Cove in Dorset. We were mindful to maintain a bridal link, however, we wanted to get away from neat and tidy nautical and go for something a little edgier. It’s a tough balance to make!

The florist, Lauren from Concept Flowers, is incredible with her vision. Her creations incorporated starfish and seashells.

The natural environment was important as inspiration; as a seaside town we see so many pretty beach themes, but this took cues from what was around us – from the colours we dyed the models (Sian and Maddie) hair, to the bouquets.
