Wedding Blog Awards…

So Friday night I got all glammed up for the Wedding Blog Awards hosted by Wedding Magazine at The Savoy Hotel– Eek!

This was the first time since I launched the blog in under a year ago, that I’ve been recognised for my work and to say I was chuffed to be invited would be an understatement!

We were up against so amazing blogs for Best Alternative Wedding Blog, including the almighty Rock n Roll Bride, Festival Brides, Way Out Wedding and The Natural Wedding Company.

My date for the night was Alexa from Alexa Loy Photography, who has always been a massive support to me since the beginning, so i thought I would treat her to the night out as a little thank you.

The event held at The Savoy hotel, was brimming with gorgeous blogging folk all dressed up and sipping on champagne. Standing proud to one side of the room was a huge, spectacular Choccywoccydoodah cake and cupcakes- sadly being a coeliac meant I couldn’t eat one, but everyone was raving how tasty they were.

Also in the corner of the room was our very own Mr & Mrs Unique supplier Boothnation! These amazing photo booths are sparkly, high quality and so much fun, especially with the wind machine! It was so …
