A Portrait & Family Photo Shoot…

Last Sunday my family and I went on a day trip to the Southbank to see the Festival of Love exhibition they had running throughout August. Now travelling to London, especially South London with two young kids was a big task for us to take! With a bouncy one year old that wanted to walk everywhere, and a three year old that still doesn’t really understand danger and to not run off… it promised to be an interesting day!

We met up with the ever so lovely Jess from Jessica Withey Photography and her friend Joel that come along to help for our planned portrait and family session.

Luckily the weather was on our side, and although my boy Indi didn’t want to cooperate fully with the family photos, Jess did a wonderful job. She was super friendly and I love her enthusiasm! Watch this space as I think she will be working on some special projects for us this coming year and she comes highly recommend… as with all our Mr & Mrs Unique suppliers!

Much love Jess, thanks for the photos Xxx (more can be seen at the end of this post) To see here profile on Mr & Mrs Unique click here

Two parties & oneย sore head…

Well what a night that was! This post is delivered to you via one sore head and sponsored by Smirnoff! haha! I spent the first half of last night at a friends wedding catching up with one lovely bunch of friends, (good to see Mr & Mrs Unique suppliers All Occasion Party Tents and Cantina Carnitas doing their thing,) then grabbed a cab back into town to meet up with the hubby for a mates 40th. Nothing like some good old indie music to keep everyone on the dance floor till past 2am!ย Even managed a lie in with the kiddies staying over at the parents… well if you can call 8am a lie in!

It just topped off a pretty good week! Last Sunday we took a day trip up to Walsberwick, as the weather report promised sunshine and it didn’t disappoint. As we sat on the beach enjoying the first time my little girls feet hit the sea we bumped into the lovely Tim from Tim Matthew Photography, a good pal from home.ย Funny how you can drive 2.5 hours away from home and the first person you see is someone who literally lives around the corner!! Ever the true professional he was down at Walsberwick with his camera and as …
